Cookies
The site does not use cookies or any tracking, advertising or analytics tools of third parties. In the browser's memory we store only the information that the privacy notice has been closed, so that it does not appear on every visit.
Data recorded automatically
Like every web server, our server records basic information about visits in its log: the IP address, the date and time, the address of the page opened, the type of browser and system, and the page from which the visitor arrived.
We use it to ensure the security and correct operation of the site and to prepare aggregate visit statistics (for example which regions and devices the site is most often visited from). The basis is our legitimate interest (art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Detailed entries containing the IP address are kept for up to 365 days, after which only aggregate numbers remain, from which no person can be identified.
Contact by phone and e-mail
If you call or write to us, the data given in the conversation or message is used only to reply and to handle the booking (art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR), for the time needed to carry it out.
Who we pass the data to
The site runs on the server of a hosting company, which stores the data on our behalf under a data processing agreement. We do not sell the data and we do not pass it on for advertising purposes.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, and the right to object. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office in Poland.
